I love books.  They have entertained me in waiting rooms, on long car rides, through lazy afternoons.  During some of the darkest times of my life, I found solace and escape in a book.  They have sustained me and I love them.

I will read just about anything.  Sure, I have certain genres that I tend to lean toward, but if I happen to have some time and I don’t have a book with me, I will read whatever is handy.  Even if it means I’m reading a textbook.  I’m a nerd like that.  I am not an expert, but because I read so much, and I know so many people don’t have the time,  I thought I’d do a monthly book report. 

The first Monday of every month, I will talk briefly about each of the books I’ve read throughout the previous month, share a past favorite, and a book that my littles are currently loving. 

 I hope you’ll find something worth reading. PLEASE share your opinion if you happen to have read something I’m discussing and if you have a book suggestion – I hope you’ll leave that as well – I’m always looking for new books and new authors.
